Les étudiants de l'université Paris Panthéon-Assas inscrits en master 1 ou master 2 de droit peuvent déposer une candidature pour partir l'année suivante à :
- Boston University School of Law à Boston
- UC Hastings College of the Law à San Francisco
- Chicago-Kent College of Law à Chicago
- Fordham University School of Law à New-York
- Indiana University Maurer School of Law à Bloomington
- University of Virginia School of Law à Charlottesville
Les étudiants sélectionnés seront inscrits dans un LL.M. de l'université américaine partenaire et seront également inscrits à l'université Paris-Panthéon-Assas.
A l'issue de la formation, les étudiants obtiendront le LL.M. américain uniquement.
Les frais de scolarité
Le montant des frais de scolarité dépend du partenariat et du LL.M. visé. Merci de télécharger la plaquette en haut à droite de cette page pour de plus amples informations. L'Université propose des places comme suit :
- Boston University, Chicago-Kent, Fordham University, University of California Hastings : l'équivalent de 5000 euros en dollars versés à l'université américaine au moment de l'arrivée aux Etats-Unis (Pr. Corneloup);
- Boston University, UC Hastings, Indiana University: les frais de scolarité du LL.M. de l'université mais les étudiants bénéficieront d'une réduction/auront une bourse (scholarship) pour financer une partie des frais d'inscription (Pr. Corneloup);
- Boston University, University of Virginia: sans frais (Pr. Laazouzi).

Le calendrier des étapes des candidatures
- Réunions d’information : Avec M. LAAZOUZI le 21 novembre et le 24 novembre. Avec Mme CORNELOUP le 25 novembre 2022.
- Candidatures en ligne : à partir du 16 décembre jusqu'au 4 janvier 2023 12h.
- Entretien : suite à une première présélection, un entretien en anglais est organisé à partir de la mi-janvier 2023 ( à confirmer)
- Résultat de la sélection : début février 2023 (à confirmer)
Le dossier de candidature
- 1 photo d'identité (format jpg)
- Certificat de scolarité 2022-2023 (format pdf)
- Relevés de notes issus d'une scolarité avec en-tête et cachet (format pdf)
- Lettre de motivation en anglais/personal statement - 2 à 3 pages (format pdf)
- CV en anglais (format pdf)
- Justificatif de niveau de langue à la fois valide lors de la candidature et pour votre arrivée aux États-Unis (format pdf)
L'admission se fait dans un premier temps sur dossier (résultats académiques, lettre de motivation en anglais, CV en anglais, etc.) puis après une pré-sélection, sur entretien en anglais.

Les cours en LL.M. aux Etats-Unis commencent en général fin août et se terminent au plus tard mi-mai.
