Institute for the Study and History of Liberal Institutions (Parliaments-Representations-Deliberations-Consents)

Research centre with a primarily historical vocation, Deliberation carries out general studies on the history of deliberative institutions, showcase trials and consent mechanisms. Its main aims are thus not only to study institutional entities (above all, parliamentary structures or structures that afford a central place to a parliamentary institution with respect to their economy - or institutions - in particular, naturally enough, parliaments and assemblies found in former states, or modern, contemporary parliaments), but also the typical measures adopted - representation, consent to taxation - including policies - and therefore taxation policies or those touching upon the question of "tariff".
