Obtain a Master’s degree in International Human Resources Management (HRM) while gaining valuable professional experience in a leading international company based in France.

ENTRY SPECIFICATIONS :
Due to French legislation concerning company trainees, the course is aimed at students below 26 years of age. In addition, candidates will preferably have the following profile:
- A first degree in Management, Law, or Humanities
- Some work experience in an international company
- Fluency in English (min. TOEIC score: 750), and at least a basic level of French
- A high degree of motivation for a career in HRM

COMPANY INFORMATION
The CIFFOP (Centre Interdisciplinaire de Formation à la fonction Personnel) has launched a new Master’s Degree in International Human Resources Management starting in september 2007.
This degree will give you a wide access to a diverse range of HR Profiles (men and women from various nationalities and backgrounds) and promote the image of your company worldwide.
OBJECTIVES :
Worldwide companies need well trained and seasoned operational HRM officers. This programme will help selected students :
- Acquire the necessary HRM skills in areas including: global staffing, training and development, compensation and benefits, mobility, skills management, employee relations, and diversity management
- Design and implement HRM policies and practices at corporate/ country/ site/ SBU levels
- Operate effectively in a multicultural environment
- Develop concrete experience in an international setting
Main features of the diploma :
- A 15 month HRM programme oriented towards large French and international companies
- The course will alternate beween CIFFOP training and company assignments
- All lessons taught in english only
- Two assignment periods (2 X 5 months): one in France and the other abroad
participating companies will :
· Offer remunerated placements to students in and outside France
· Provide logistical support in arranging students’ accomodation in Paris and outside France
